30-Day Guarantee
We want every item to be a perfect compliment for your home. You can request a return within 30 days after delivery if you feel the item doesn't satisfy your home decor. 30-day returns must have the original contents attached and with the original packaging; returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund.
Some items cannot be returned:
* Any item after 30 days from the delivery day
A: Non-quality related returns
1. Shipping returns will deduct applicable return charges from your refund if the return isn't a result of our error. If you insist on returning the item, you can contact me via the 'contact link' on my home page to state your return reason and request a return label. I will inform you of the return cost. Please note that the returned items must remain intact without impacting the second sale. When the item is delivered to us, you can request a refund.
2. If the original packaging is lost, a repackaging fee of £15 per item will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund.
B: Quality or other factors related returns
If there is any quality issue with the item, please feel free to contact me, I will exert great effort to cope with the issue according to the status of the item with a partial refund, a full refund, or a return for replacement.
Received the Wrong Item
1. You can request a return label to send back the wrong item for the correct replacement or a full refund. After you have delivered the item to us, you can contact us for a replacement or a full refund as long as the return tracking number shows any further status of the shipment.
Item Damaged
Upon receipt of the item, if you find the item is damaged, please reject the delivery of the item and take some pictures of the damaged item. After which, I will report the situation with pictures. We will either send you return labels to return the damaged item back for a replacement or a full refund or directly send you a new one depending on the damage status of the item.
Package Lost
After you have received the tracking number, still you haven't gotten the item by the expected delivery date. Please look around, check it with your neighbours, and contact the shipping company. After which, the package still does not show itself up. Contacting me with your order number, I will set up a lost package claim against the shipping company to have your matter taken care of. It will take a week or so to get the investigation result from the shipping company. Please wait patiently during the period, and we would take a relevant measure to have it settled.
