Collection: (D) Prefix Items Returns and Refunds Policies

(D) In the first instance, contact Adele’s Emporium through the ‘Contact’ link on the home screen.

1. Items will be accepted for return, provided they are returned within 42 days of the original invoice date.

2. All non-faulty items must be returned in unmarked and original packaging. No credit will be given for items returned that are not in the original condition.

3. Returned products will be refunded within 2 working days of receipt, provided they have been returned in line with points 1 & 2. Any items over 42 days, or not in the original packaging, will not be accepted or processed. We will not cover the cost of returning these items to you. If there are any discrepancies, you will be contacted. 

4. All products will be refunded at the invoiced price minus any additional bonuses that were previously paid based on the sale of the returned item.
