How to request a return

All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the goods, and the goods must be sent back to us within a further 14 days.

How to send items back

It is your responsibility to send the goods back to us in sufficient packaging and in their original condition. Any products that have been used, damaged, or in broken packaging will not be accepted back.

How to get refunded

Once your items have been returned, we will process this within 3-5 working days and issue a refund back onto your original card.
